Do I need an agency to have my website?
No. You describe what you do and in a few minutes your site arrives, designed for it. After that you keep it up yourself, asking the assistant for whatever you need in your own words: from new hours to a new page or a different home page. No change is quoted separately.
Is it only for businesses?
No. It works just as well for your portfolio, a link-in-bio page, your company site or your personal brand: Presence covers all of that. Operations adds appointments, bookings, events and a waitlist for anyone who looks after clients through their site.
How do I make a change to the site?
You ask the assistant, in your portal, in your own words: copy, photos, a promotion, a new page or a redesign. It leaves it ready to review and nothing goes live until you decide. There is no way to break the design doing it, because the design is not exposed: there is no lever you can pull to make it ugly.
What if something breaks?
VRIZ looks after your site’s foundation: security, speed and keeping it working as browsers and phones change. If any of that fails, it is on us and we fix it without quoting you anything. And if it is a change of yours you did not like, every change is saved: you undo it and it goes back to how it was.
Why pay this instead of a website builder?
Because you are not buying a tool to make your website: you are buying your website, made, and kept current. With a builder you pay less and the work is yours: you pick the template, build the pages, and every change or fix is your weekend again, or a call to someone. Here the design is made to fit you, you make the changes in your own words with nothing to quote, and the site neither breaks nor falls behind. How do I pay?
With a Visa or Mastercard card, on the payment page of Paddle, the company that processes payments. Prices are in US dollars, so your card has to allow international purchases. Paddle issues the invoice; it is not a tax receipt from your country.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no penalty, you do not have to explain yourself or wait for a long cycle to end, and you take your content and images in a format you can use elsewhere. Your domain was always yours.
What does the AI do, and what do I decide?
The AI builds your site, understands what you ask for in your own words and prepares design changes for you to review. What goes live is your call: nothing is published until you review it. And if it is missing a detail —a price, a name— it asks you instead of making it up.
What if I pay and it is not for me?
You have 30 days from your first payment to ask for a full refund. No explanations and no conditions: you write, we refund what you paid to the same method you paid with. We would rather do that than have someone paying for something that does not serve them.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Ask for it from your dashboard and we guide you step by step: we tell you exactly what to add at your domain provider and, if you prefer, we do it with you. If you do not have one yet, we tell you which to buy and where. You buy the domain and it stays yours.
Will my site show up on Google?
Your site is born with everything Google needs to find you and show you properly, and it loads fast. What nobody can honestly promise you is a position — that depends on your competition, your content and your consistency.
How long does it take?
Designing your complete site, with your content, takes a few minutes: VRIZ makes it for what you do and tests it on phone and computer before handing it over, and an email arrives when it is ready. Not weeks of waiting. From there you adjust it and publish it when you are happy with it. What makes the difference is how quickly you have your final photos and text at hand.
Can I ask for a new page or a design change?
Yes. Ask the assistant in your own words —“make a page for the team”, “I want a calmer homepage”— and within minutes it is ready to review, tested on phone and desktop. If it is missing a detail, it asks you instead of making it up. You review it and you publish it, with no quotes.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write a WhatsApp message, you can change your site. And since the design does not move, there is no way for you to make it look bad.
What does VRIZ NOT do?
It is not an online store with a cart and inventory, nor a system where your customers sign in with a username and password. We would rather tell you upfront than sell you something that does not fit.
Does it look good on a phone?
Yes, and not as an afterthought: every page is tested on phone and desktop before you see it. Many people will first see you on their phone, so that is a primary case, not a secondary one.
Who owns the site?
Your content, your images, your copy and your brand are yours, always. Your site’s design becomes yours too once you have paid for a plan and kept it past the 30-day guarantee: if you leave, you take your site’s files with you, ready to use elsewhere. The system that runs it and the assistant belong to VRIZ, and while your plan runs we are the ones who look after it.
